AI Operating Partner For founders & business owners

Put AI to work.
Inside your
business.

I work alongside founders, business owners and their teams to build AI into the way their business runs - from marketing and outreach to data and day-to-day operations.

You know your business.
Let’s make AI useful inside it.

Are you a business owner looking to implement AI in your workflows, but unsure what to build or how to make it stick? Perhaps your team is already experimenting, yet the same manual work still fills the week.

I act as a hands-on AI operating partner: identifying useful opportunities, selecting and connecting the tools, building the workflows and helping your team run them. The aim is to reduce repetitive work, improve consistency and give people more capacity for customers, decisions and growth.

01 / Where I can help

Across the business.
Into the actual workflow.

From one recurring task to connected processes across a team. These are examples of what we could build, shaped around your business, tools and priorities.

01

Marketing & social media

Turn founder ideas, product updates and customer insights into a content plan. Build repeatable processes for drafting posts, repurposing longer material, producing creative briefs and preparing approved content for publishing.

Example workflowFounder voice note → channel-ready drafts → team approval → scheduled content.

02

Sales & outreach

Research relevant prospects, prepare account briefs and draft outreach using approved information. Connect meeting notes, follow-ups and CRM updates so opportunities are easier to track and act on.

Example workflowTarget account → research brief → reviewed outreach → CRM follow-up.

03

Data & reporting

Bring together scattered spreadsheets and exports, extract information from documents and flag gaps or inconsistencies. Build dashboards and regular reports that connect the numbers to the decisions you need to make.

Example workflowWeekly exports → checked data → dashboard → source-linked management brief.

04

Customer support & delivery

Organise incoming enquiries, draft responses from approved material and route exceptions to the right person. Connect onboarding, service updates and customer feedback to the systems your team already uses.

Example workflowCustomer enquiry → categorisation → suggested answer → review or escalation.

05

Internal knowledge & admin

Make company information easier to find and use. Build searchable knowledge bases, reusable document workflows and small internal tools for the repeated tasks that fall between your existing systems.

Example workflowApproved company material → searchable knowledge → answers with sources.

06

Founder & team operations

Turn meetings into owned actions, prepare supplier comparisons and organise recurring research. Connect inboxes, task lists and working documents so the next step has a clear owner and less gets lost.

Example workflowMeeting notes → agreed actions → owner and deadline → follow-up.

The starting point is the work that needs improving. Some steps suit AI; others work best with straightforward automation or a person’s judgement.

02 / How we work together

Find the opportunity.
Build it. Keep it working.

You work directly with me. I stay close to the people doing the work, from the first discussion through implementation and ongoing improvement.

01 / Map & prioritise

Start with the friction.

Review recurring tasks, systems and data. Choose a useful starting point with a clear owner, an agreed scope and a baseline for what better looks like.

You getA prioritised workflow plan and a defined first build.

02 / Build & embed

Put it into practice.

Select the tools, connect the systems and test against real examples. Set the review points, document the process and support the team as it becomes part of daily work.

You getA working workflow, operating instructions and a named owner.

03 / Review & improve

Stay close to the work.

Review usage, quality, time spent and ongoing costs. Fix the sticking points and decide together which improvement is worth making next.

You getA clear review rhythm and an evidence-led list of next priorities.

A working relationship that fits.

We can start with a defined implementation project, then agree an ongoing operating role where it adds value. Scope, responsibilities, pace and fees are agreed around the business. Practical guidance is part of embedding the workflow; the core deliverable is a process your team can use.

03 / Built to be used

Your systems.
Your team. Your business.

For owners and teams in established businesses as well as startups. You don’t need to be an AI company or arrive with a technical brief.

Work with what you have.

Start with your existing tools, budget and ways of working. Add or replace software when there is a clear reason, with the accounts, working materials and documentation held by your business.

Know what needs a person.

Agree which data and tools can be used, who checks the output and what happens when something fails. Keep approval points for publishing, outreach and consequential decisions.

Measure the whole process.

Look at time spent, output quality and consistency alongside review effort, tool costs and maintenance. Judge progress on the work your team can actually use.

Make the handover useful.

Each workflow has an owner, clear instructions and a fallback. Your team should understand how to run it, when to question the output and where to go for help.
